Emily Robinson, a second-year Master of Social Work student at the University of Washington Tacoma, has joined the Valley Regional Fire Authority CARES Team. Robinson, who also holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Washington Seattle, found her passion for social work during her time at Kitsap Mental Health Services. There, she saw the need for supporting low-income individuals seeking behavioral health services. Excited about her new role, Robinson looks forward to providing meaningful support to those in need. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her rescue pit bull mix, cooking, and listening to music.
