Brito and Amanda Kay McCoy faced indefinite suspensions for unsafe patient handling and substance use issues, respectively.

Emily Maria Cook’s medical assistant-phlebotomist credential was suspended following abuse allegations. Gladworth Ochoa Flynn, a home care aide, was indefinitely suspended for accepting substantial payments from a patient.
