The Seattle Department of Education and Early Learning (DEEL) is inviting applications for early learning providers to join the Seattle Preschool Program (SPP) for the 2026-2027 school year. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is open until Dec. 17, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PST, and applications must be submitted online. This RFQ is targeted at new SPP classrooms in school or center-based programs that are not already contracted with SPP. Existing contractors should not apply. Family child care programs are also ineligible for this application and should contact specific FCC Hub administrators for more information.

SPP aims to provide high-quality preschool services to Seattle children ages 3-4, enhancing their readiness for school and academic success, funded by the Families, Education, Preschool and Promise Levy. Interested parties can find application materials on DEEL’s website. In-language assistance is available upon request.
