Operation Homefront has appointed Major General Steven J. Lepper, U.S. Air Force, Retired, to its national board of directors. Lepper, a former Deputy Judge Advocate General of the Air Force, brings 35 years of military experience and legal expertise to the organization, which supports military families. He previously served as the Director of the American Bar Association’s Rule of Law Initiative and as President and CEO of the Association of Military Banks of America.

Retired Rear Adm. Alan Reyes, President and CEO of Operation Homefront, expressed honor in welcoming Lepper, noting his extensive background in law and ethics. Lepper stated his commitment to protecting military families and looks forward to enhancing their well-being as they transition to civilian life.

Operation Homefront provides vital financial assistance, housing, and family support services, aiming to prevent short-term needs from becoming long-term struggles. The organization allocates over $40 million annually to assist thousands of military families facing financial challenges.
