The Snoqualmie River remains at Phase 4, indicating severe flooding, with some residential areas facing high water velocities and home flooding. The South Fork Skykomish River and Issaquah Creek are at Phase 3 (moderate flooding), while the Tolt River is at Phase 2 (minor flooding). Residents near Issaquah Creek and the Tolt River should stay alert as conditions can change quickly.

Major road closures include NE Woodinville Duvall Road and West Snoqualmie Valley Road, SR 203 from NE Cherry Valley Road, and all lanes of SR-18 from I-90 to Issaquah Hobart Road. Additionally, eastbound I-90 is closed from Winery Road to 436th Avenue SE due to mudslides, along with closures on SR 202 and Highway 2.
