Friends of Youth will start a new Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Class for teens in January 2026, and enrollment is now open. This evidence-based program aims to help teens manage emotional regulation, relationship issues, impulsive behaviors, and intense mood swings. The DBT skills will be taught in a strengths-based and trauma-informed manner, focusing on building resilience, enhancing communication, and promoting healthier relationships. This class provides a supportive environment for teens to learn valuable coping skills and improve their overall well-being.
