Zoe Rohaly and Dustin Howe are the founders of EMC Companies, a project and vendor management firm focused on community service. Both have diverse backgrounds; Zoe has experience in event planning and marine construction, while Dustin has a history in custom home building and property management. Their commitment to giving back led them to support Bellevue LifeSpring, a nonprofit organization that assists families in need.

They began their involvement with Bellevue LifeSpring through small initiatives like organizing coat and food drives and volunteering during the holidays. Their experiences deepened their understanding of local needs, especially for Dustin, who faced food insecurity as a child. They found meaningful ways to contribute, including participating in the ‘Tis the Season Holiday Giving Program, which allows parents to choose gifts for their children.

Zoe recently joined Bellevue LifeSpring One Circle, a group dedicated to fundraising and community engagement for children in Bellevue. She found support and camaraderie among other women in the group, all committed to making a difference. Zoe and Dustin’s dedication exemplifies how local businesses can positively impact their communities.
