In 2025, Imagine Housing focused on fostering connections among residents, advocates, and volunteers to create a vibrant community for 1,500 individuals. The organization hosted 433 programs and events that encouraged engagement and community building. Local leaders gathered at the Imagine Gathering to discuss housing solutions, while volunteers contributed their time and resources to strengthen the Eastside. Imagine Housing participated in community events, enhancing visibility and connection with residents.

The organization prioritized maintaining and improving existing properties, ensuring sustainable, affordable housing for future generations. In partnership with HR&A Advisors and the Amazon Housing Equity Fund, Imagine Housing explored the potential of faith-owned land to address housing shortages. Leadership was recognized, with President Yi Zhao receiving the Ignite Community Choice Award and the Advocate of the Year award during Affordable Housing Week.

Collaboration with nearly 100 program partners helped provide additional resources for housing stability. Imagine Housing emphasized collective efforts to build homes, community, and opportunity on the Eastside, inviting residents and partners to join in realizing the region’s potential.
