The City of Bellevue is offering $200,000 annually in 2027 and 2028 for organizations that convene education and human services providers to enhance collective impact. Funded organizations will unite diverse groups for collaborative problem-solving and equitable service delivery. These convening organizations will foster collaboration and alignment among partners to achieve data-informed outcomes supporting a clear mission or vision.

Community needs identified through interviews, surveys, and focus groups for the 2025 Human Services Needs Update highlighted a demand for increased convening partners to promote collaboration and deepen partnerships among service providers.

Applications for funding can be submitted starting February 2 and are due by 4 p.m. on February 27. Required documents, including the Bellevue Supplemental, are available on the Human Services Funding webpage. The Human Services Commission will evaluate proposals and recommend funding to the Parks & Community Services Department.

Eligible organizations must demonstrate the ability to implement collective impact strategies and incorporate equity practices. Organizations currently receiving other city funding for similar work are ineligible to apply. For additional information, contact Ruth Blaw at 425-452-4185 or via email.
