A research team from the University of Washington’s Sociology Department, in collaboration with Sound Transit, is looking for participants for a study on the experiences of commuters with disabilities related to hearing, vision, and mobility. The study aims to enhance a commuter feedback questionnaire and identify accessibility barriers within Sound Transit services. Eligible participants must be at least 18 years old, reside in the Puget Sound region, have an accessibility need related to hearing, vision, or mobility, and use Sound Transit public transportation at least once a week. Interviews will occur in early February, and participants will receive $100 in e-gift cards as a thank-you. Interested individuals can fill out a recruitment form to participate.
