The Washington State Department of Commerce is inviting feedback from developers involved in housing preservation and affordability regarding upcoming draft Notices of Funding Availability (NOFAs). This opportunity follows feedback sessions held in January and aims to improve communication about new funding opportunities, including application guidelines and review criteria. Participants from the affordable housing community, particularly current Housing Trust Fund contractors and projects at risk of losing affordability, are encouraged to provide input. Draft NOFAs for both the Housing Preservation Program and the Continuing Affordability Program are available for review. Feedback must be submitted via email by 5 p.m. on Feb. 17. The final NOFAs will be published on March 3.
