Several upcoming webinars will address important health topics in February 2026.
On February 23 from 12 to 1 p.m. PST, the Washington State Department of Health will host a webinar on recent changes to the childhood vaccine schedule and recommendations. Continuing education credits are available for naturopathic physicians, nurses, and medical assistants.
On February 25 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. PST, the National Hispanic Medical Association will hold a Town Hall focused on the significance of vaccinations throughout life, especially during respiratory virus season. Experts will discuss vaccine recommendations and ways to boost vaccine confidence in Latino communities.
On February 26 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. PST, the Health Care Authority will present a webinar on the effects of House Resolution 1 on Apple Health (Medicaid) coverage in Washington state. The focus will be on implementing federal requirements to minimize coverage loss.
Lastly, on March 24 from 8 to 9:30 a.m. PST, a webinar titled “Hidden Bets: Youth, Online Gambling, & Mental Health” will examine the rise of online gambling among adolescents and the associated mental health risks. Registration opens February 23.
