Join us at The Center for Active Living on Dec. 10, 2025, from 10 to 11 a.m. for the “Balance & Strength” class led by personal trainer Denise Geroux. This interactive session focuses on improving balance and preventing falls through the Feldenkrais Method, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong exercises. Participants will learn techniques to enhance posture, strengthen the lower body and core, and improve joint stability and flexibility. Breathing and mindfulness practices will also be incorporated to support overall balance. Chairs will be used during the class, making it accessible for all abilities. Come and build your strength and confidence in a supportive environment!
