Join us on Dec. 12, 2025, from 10 to 11 a.m. at The Center for Active Living, located at 4217 SW Oregon St., Seattle, WA, for the “Balance & Strength” class. Led by personal trainer Denise Geroux, this interactive session focuses on improving balance and preventing falls through the Feldenkrais Method, Tai Chi, and Chi Gung exercises. Participants will learn techniques to enhance posture, strengthen the lower body and core, and improve joint stability and flexibility. The class also incorporates breathing and mindfulness practices. All abilities are welcome, and chairs will be used for support.
