Join personal trainer Denise Geroux for the Balance & Strength class on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at The Center for Active Living, located at 4217 SW Oregon St., Seattle, WA. This interactive session focuses on improving balance and preventing falls through the Feldenkrais Method, Tai Chi, and Chi Gung exercises. Participants will learn to align their posture while sitting and standing, strengthen their lower body and core, and enhance joint stability and flexibility. Breathing and mindfulness techniques will also be incorporated to support better balance. Chairs will be provided for use during the class, making it accessible for all abilities.
