Join the Caregivers Support Group on Friday, Jan. 23, 2026, from 2:15 to 3:15 p.m. at The Center for Active Living, located at 4217 SW Oregon St., Seattle. This group offers a welcoming space for caregivers to share their challenges and successes, providing valuable peer support for both the practical and emotional aspects of caregiving. Whether the person you care for is nearby or in another city, all caregivers are encouraged to attend. Pre-registration is required; contact social worker Toni Ameslav at 206-932-4044, ext. 9, or via email to secure your spot. Please note that walk-ins will not be admitted.
