Join the Body Project Peer Group starting Jan. 24 at 10 a.m. in ELM-HALL, located at 1218 NE Campus Parkway. This four-week, evidence-based program promotes body acceptance and addresses body dissatisfaction through supportive group discussions. Participants will engage in small group dialogues, complete at-home exercises, and share reflections, all aimed at challenging societal appearance ideals. The program is free and open to all eligible students, regardless of background. This is a prevention-based educational group, not a therapy session, and it encourages active participation from all members. If you’re looking to improve your relationship with your body, this group is designed for you. Remember, commitment to all four sessions is required. For more information or to express interest in future sessions, email bodyproject@uw.edu.
