Join the Aging Well - Group #1 on Monday, Jan. 26, 2026, from 1 to 2 p.m. at The Center for Active Living, located at 4217 SW Oregon St., Seattle, WA. This weekly in-person support group encourages participants to share experiences and provide mutual support in a confidential setting.
Please note that pre-registration is required for attendance; those who are not pre-registered will not be admitted. If you wish to join the waitlist for Group #1, contact social worker Josh Maduell at 206-932-4044, ext. 2. For information regarding the earlier Group #2 session, which meets from 11 a.m. to noon on the same day, please reach out to Michele Fawcett-Long at 206-928-1730.
