Join personal trainer Denise Geroux for the “Balance & Strength” class on Jan. 28, 2026, from 10 to 11 a.m. at The Center for Active Living, located at 4217 SW Oregon St. in Seattle. This interactive session will focus on improving balance and preventing falls through the Feldenkrais Method of Awareness Through Movement, along with Tai Chi and Chi Gung exercises. Participants will learn techniques to enhance posture, strengthen the lower body and core, and improve joint stability and flexibility. The class also emphasizes breathing and mindfulness, all aimed at fostering better balance. Chairs will be used during the session, making it accessible for all abilities.
