Join personal trainer Denise Geroux for the “Balance & Strength” class on Friday, Jan. 30, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at The Center for Active Living, located at 4217 SW Oregon St., Seattle, WA. This interactive session focuses on improving balance and preventing falls through the Feldenkrais Method, Tai Chi, and Chi Gung exercises. Participants will learn to align their posture while sitting and standing, strengthen their lower body and core, and enhance joint stability and flexibility. The class also incorporates breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all designed to contribute to better balance. Chairs will be used during the session, making it accessible for all abilities.
