Join personal trainer Denise Geroux for the “Balance & Strength” class on February 20, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at The Center for Active Living, located at 4217 SW Oregon St., Seattle, WA. This interactive session will focus on improving balance and preventing falls through the Feldenkrais Method of Awareness Through Movement, Tai Chi, and Chi Gung exercises. Participants will learn techniques to align posture, strengthen the lower body and core, and enhance joint stability and flexibility. Additionally, the class will incorporate breathing and mindfulness practices to further support better balance. Chairs will be used during the session, making it accessible for all abilities.
