This class focuses on a series of asanas and movements with weights designed to strengthen bones and muscles, promoting stability and helping to prevent osteoporosis. Participants of all abilities who can comfortably stand and get down on the floor are welcome. Attendees are encouraged to bring a mat, blocks, a blanket, and personal weights for an enhanced experience.
