Join personal trainer Denise Geroux for the “Balance & Strength” class on Friday, Feb. 27, 2026, from 10 to 11 a.m. at The Center for Active Living, located at 4217 SW Oregon St. in Seattle. This interactive session focuses on improving balance and preventing falls through the Feldenkrais Method of Awareness Through Movement, Tai Chi, and Chi Gung exercises. Participants will learn techniques to align posture, strengthen the lower body and core, and enhance joint stability and flexibility. Breathing and mindfulness practices will also be incorporated to promote better balance. Chairs will be used during the class, making it accessible for all abilities.
