The King County Library System (KCLS) provides free library and learning services across King County, excluding Seattle. KCLS supports education, literacy, and community connection through book lending, digital resources, ESL and citizenship classes, and youth programs. Governed by a board of trustees, KCLS is a vital hub for lifelong learning and civic engagement.
