Seattle Fresh Bucks is a City of Seattle program funded by the sweetened beverage tax and administered by the Office of Sustainability and Environment. Eligible residents receive $40 per month to buy fruits and vegetables at participating farmers markets, independent grocers, and supermarkets using the Fresh Bucks Card or Healthy Savings app. The program also maintains a waitlist for future openings and provides direction to nearby retailers, with support available by phone and email at (206) 256-5438 or freshbucks@seattle.gov.
