Washington Multicultural Services Link (WMSLINK) is providing Family Services Navigation and home visiting support for Seattle families with children ages 0 to 3 who have developmental delays or special health care needs. The program focuses on families from African American and African diaspora communities. Offered services include direct family support, connections to Birth to Three services, and assistance with transition planning for preschool. Additionally, WMSLINK provides parent and caregiver workshops and language support. Participants may receive a monthly stipend. This initiative is funded by the Seattle Department of Education and Early Learning and is available to residents of Seattle.
