Notably, Cassandra Brimeyer and Rachelle Lynn Quinton had their applications for nursing assistant credentials denied due to past violations. In King County, Iris Darby’s application was also denied, while Nahelia Imani Richards faced denial after a physical altercation at her workplace. Getahun Mekonen Yimam was notified of an error in his credential issuance. In Pierce County, Donna Marie Sweet’s application was denied amid conditions placed on her existing credentials, and Dempsey Eugene Younce was denied due to past DUI convictions. Elizabeth Anita Holland has been charged with unprofessional conduct after allegedly withdrawing funds from a vulnerable adult. In Snohomish County, Khaled F. Abdelrazzak’s pharmacist credential was reinstated with conditions. Rebecca Tripp is facing a cease-and-desist order for practicing without a license. Other charges were filed against providers in Colorado, Florida, and Texas for various misconducts. Health care providers accused of unprofessional conduct have 20 days to respond.
