Eligibility for the HTF Repair Fund has been extended to cover costs incurred from July 1, 2025, to January 25, 2026. Claims must be submitted by February 27, 2026, for consideration. Other award requests should be submitted within 30 days of the completion and payment or invoicing of eligible repair work. Eligible properties can receive up to $200,000 for urgent, non-recurring repairs, hazardous material abatement, and safety-related structural improvements. The Repair Fund will remain open as long as funding is available, with funding distributed across 10 regions, except for King County. Future reallocations of funding among regions may occur based on the approval rate of claims. To apply, individuals must create a SecureAccess Washington (SAW) account, submit a statewide payee registration form, and follow application directions in the HTF Repair Fund portal. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, with initial assessments of regional funding distribution occurring within the first seven days. Claims will be processed in the order received, prioritizing Permanent Supportive Housing properties in regions with excess claims. For questions, contact HTFRepair@commerce.wa.gov.
