C. has successfully graduated from a program at Jubilee Women’s Center, where she focused on building stability for herself and her family. While in the program, she maintained employment and adhered to her parenting plan, making progress toward reunification with her children. C. moved into a long-term supportive program in Kitsap County to be closer to her family and saved $4,000 through the Matched Savings Program.
Rosemary Dunigan is recognized for her leadership and service after completing her term as Board Chair at Jubilee. Serving since 2020, she played a crucial role during the COVID-19 pandemic and helped the organization navigate various challenges. Current Board Chair Pamela Rogers-Kinkead praised Rosemary for her commitment and integrity.
Jubilee also acknowledges Stanley 1913 and its StrongHer Women’s Ambassador Group for their generous support, including financial contributions and the donation of tumblers for new residents. The center seeks donations of full-sized toiletries and has updated its Amazon wishlist to help meet the needs of women in the program.
Jubilee Women’s Center will host its third annual Jubilee Jazz Night on April 30, 2026, to celebrate community and support women experiencing poverty.
