Dr. Theresa Larson, a physical therapist, introduces the “Belly Down, I, T, Y, W” drill, utilizing just the weight of your arms to effectively relieve tension in the shoulders and back. This drill can be done from a belly-down position on the floor or seated or standing with cables or bands, making it adaptable for different fitness levels. Participants are encouraged to take their time and be gentle with themselves, as it may be challenging but is low-impact.
